Massage Therapies
I am a fully trained professional male massage therapist/masseur based in Islington N1, in a very central area, easy to find, 5 minutes walk from either Angel, or Highbury and Islington underground stations, with excellent bus connections to the west end and the city. I have a very comfortable, centrally heated room with an electrically heated massage table, and Egyptian cotton towels.
Shower facilities available- Shower time is not part of the massage time, so extra time allowed if this is required either before or after, or both. Shower creams, clean towels and deodorants are all provided.
Jack’s Signature Massage Treatment
This treatment incorporates all the various massage techniques and pressures to achieve a relaxing and therapeutic massage. Forearms, thumb pressures, long strokes and reflex are all used for this treatment. A therapeutic and fragrant blend of essential oils, and a grape seed oil base is used, and also a luxurious face cream. This treatment includes a face, scalp and reflex foot massage.

Traditional Swedish massage, with pressures adjusted to the individual needs. Swedish massage feels good, is relaxing and invigorating. It affects the nerves, muscles, glands, and circulation, while promoting health and well being. Sweet almond oil and face cream, are used for this treatment

Aromatherapy is an ancient art, which involves the use of plant oils for healing, cleansing and relaxation
Different types of massage oil blends are applied, depending on your needs and mood: Relaxing, tonic, or detoxifying.
Organic essential oils are used where possible, with a vegetable oil base. Some essentials oils used are endemic to the Island of Crete.

Hot Stone Massage
Smooth Volcanic Marine stones are used. This treatment relieves tired aching muscles and promises total relaxation. The heat from the stones relaxes muscles, increase the blood flow to the area being worked on which further accelerates the healing process.
The hot stone massage is relaxing and a blend of oils including rose, neroli, and lavender essential oils are used with a vegetable oil base.

Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage
A deep tissue massages concentrating on the specific areas of the back of the body. Includes neck and shoulder massage. Sweet almond oil is used for this massage. Essential oils can also be used to help with muscle pain.

Perfect for tired aching legs. This treatment includes a leg massage, and a reflex foot massage, on one or both sides of the body, depending on the length of the therapy.
A blend of essential oils is used for the legs, and a peppermint foot cream is used for the foot massage.

Cretan Olive Oil Massage
A unique natural source of relaxation. Natural olive oil from Crete is used for the treatment, this is warmed and mixed with a range of essential oils which have been distilled and are endemic to Crete, these include, Winter Savory, Dittany, Sage and Thyme.
